Noah (Wesley Jonathan) has gotten his dream - a full basketball scholarship to UCLA to study pre-med. Despite the wooing of talent scout Vaughn (Wayne Brady), Noah is determined to become a doctor rather than be an NBA star, even with his talent on the court. His best friend Tech (Anthony Mackie), however, has less lofty goals. He just wants to get his GED and beat his rival, Jewelz, on the court in a street game. Things change a lot, though, when the best friends fall in love with two local girls. They decide to take the trip out to L.A. together and have the kind of experience they never could have imagined!
