Maybe I didn't give this game a fair chance. I just couldn't get into the story line... but maybe it's because I'm not missing a chromosome. And I'm not a 5 year-old. I was hoping it might be redeemed by some decent gameplay or graphics, but I was wrong. The gameplay was needlessly complicated by way too many mindless buzz terms - overkill, half kill, armor break, chain, blah, blah, blah - coupled with an oversimplified tutorial that neglects to even explain the basic control functions. And the graphics were on par with the old Dr. Mario game on the NES. So after about 20 minutes of mind-numbing pseudo dialogue and blind button-mashing through a few battle sequences, I got bored and sent it back in. The only reason I rated it a 2 is because I'm hoping there has to be something better in the game that I didn't see... you know, some reason for anyone to play past the opening sequence.
