Crackdown is a Let-down

This is one of the few games I've sent back after playing it for 30 minutes, it's that bad. Let me explain my rating:
1) There is no tutorial whatsoever to learn how to use your character. That wouldnt be so bad if you could get around town easy enough, but you are so weak to begin with, that getting around town is just a pain.
2) The shooting mechanics are just horrible - half the time I couldnt even center on the right target to shoot at with the left trigger.
3) No storyline - there is no engaging reason to be running around collecting orbs or shooting gang members.
4) Look sensitivity - I gave a basic look around to increase the look sensitivity of my controller. Perhaps it's because I was already annoyed by the game that I didn't fully explore all the menus, but I couldnt find an option for this.
All in all, I would pass on ever playing this game. Dont buy, rent, or even accept this game as a gift.
