Well, I have to say, seeing how this is a DS game, VERY IMPRESSIVE. The graphics are as if you are watching the show right on your DS. You can pick which Lyoko warrior you want to play as and can swap out at any time.
Kadic academy can be confusing at first, but once you realize it is the EXACT same layout used in the show, it becomes clear as to where you're going.
The battle system on Lyoko is simple and well done. You never find your self saying, "Ugh! I forgot which button to hit!" And your objective is always clear. (Personally, I think Odd is the best for combat.)
Each level in the game is modeled after and episode of the show, sometimes with a cut scene from that very episode.
Bosses are tough, but doable. You don't have to be a pro to win.
I don't know about you, but when I beat a game, I don't just want a screen that says, "Thanks for playing!" I want a reward! And Code Lyoko gave me one. Once you beat the game, you unlock a puzzle mode that has 50 levels. Very fun.
So when all is said and done, this game is a good one. I'd definitely recommend giving this game a rent.
