Game Description

City Builder takes pipe-puzzle games in two new directions - up and down - to create a new kind of building challenge. Race against the clock to create crazy cities that grow on three intertwining levels. Lay down roads on the ground, run water pipes underneath it, and string power lines up above. In 100 fast-paced levels, you'll blast away tough obstacles with TNT, fight off pesky moles underground, and overcome other bizarre obstacles that get in the way. Work quickly to claim new land as you string together resource squares and watch your cities expand across four continents.

I made the mistake of thinking this may be like Sim City. Boy, was I way off! You start the game just building roads from one point to another and the buildings pop up on their own depending on how long the road is and how much room is on either side of the road when you finish.
