Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena for Xbox 360 Reviews by Gamers

This game should not be classified as a shooter, so don't be fooled. This is not your run 'n gun shooting game, nor even a Gears of War type third person shooter. It's a super stealth, dark colored game narrated by Vin Diesel. If I were him I wouldn't want my name tied to this piece of smelly trash.

You spend well more than the majority of the time in 'stealth mode' slowly creeping up on enemies pressing a command button to auto-kill them. You do this while trying to stay in the dark, like an emo Kid at a party. Riddick loves the dark as much as black people like flavored drinks.

It's not my type of game. There isn't even a cover button! So trying to hide is a joke. However you can hold LB to lean. But since there's no cover button I found that useless because you'd have to stare at a wall totally blinded and then hold LB and a direction..... it was worthless. Cover should be a highlight in a stealth game.

I would not waste my time with this game. If you're looking for achievement points, stay away from this one at all costs. You won't get online points (400) because nobody plays this piece of junk and playing on hard is near impossible unless you have more patience than Ghandi. It is unbearably frustrating as one hit with a gun and you die. Beating this pathetic waste of time was frustrating enough on normal. This game has aids, so stay away.

Terrible game, I could not stand to play it even past walking around prison (The prologue I guess...Escape From Butcher Bay) for 10mins, it got put in the mail and sent back immediately.
