There is absolutely nothing wrong with this game, the touch screen gimmick is a bit lame, but it offers a new and unique challenge. its still the same old castlevania puzzles, if you enjoy the castlevania series, this is a must have. The game play is fun and long lasting. The story continues from the 'Aria of Sorrow' game on the GBA, the graphics are amazing, and the music is still as beautiful as ever, this is the reason to have a DS.

Wasn't one of my fav Castlevania games, but definitely not one of my least favorite either. I really enjoyed the way you could capture certain enemies abilities. This game also has the RPG element of leveling up and upgrading gear etc.

About the only thing that kept me from fully enjoying this game was the annoying use of the touchscreen and symbols. This would have been a neat feature for things like opening doors, discovering a secret passage, etc. However it just seems uncalled for to require you to draw these symbols perfectly in order to defeat a boss. It was this point that I quit playing the game and mailed it back.

Very Good

A fun sequel.

The Good: A sequel to Aria of Sorrow, Soma has new challenges to face with his wide range powers and new enemies to push him to the limits.

The Bad: If this is a sequel, why don't you still have all the old souls you collected before. I know, too OP.

The Ugly: Just when you thought you were out.... the pull you back in.
