game does not work

My son has been wait for call of duty to come in..we put the stupid game in wii..guess what it's not reading the disc. Good thing this was a trial..because i am going to cancel. Very irritating when the disc does not work when it is for the wii...so tell me if i am that stupid to get a stupid game and try to put it in the slot for the wii and it says disc can't be read. So i would think that before you all send out a fn disc that you would make sure the thing would work...every other game i have got for this wii WORKS!!! So now before you take my money is it worth for me to try one more time with you all or just cancel the dang thing when i can go buy it and it will work first time!!
