Graphics are incredible but overall game is disappointing. Your team is pretty much useless in getting rid of the enemy and sorry but the shark section was the last straw....stupid, I have a gun that kills humans but cant kill the sharks?!??! Incredibly stupid.

Infinity Ward set out to create change in the series, which was long overdue. Honestly they accomplished this task well. Starting with the campaign mode, cinematically it was the same CoD since MW, however the story, if you actually payed attention, was written well. How in depth the story goes was how much you wanted to dig, and for those who did, it was satisfying. Sure, if you're rushing through it just seems like go here, kill this guy, rinse and repeat, but the dialogue, the cut scenes and the chemistry between the characters was great.
Moving on to the multiplayer portion, there is a vast amount of tweaks. As with any CoD, the physics change yearly. How fast the characters run/climb, how far grenades can be thrown, drop rate of grenades and explosives (thumper), explosive radius and effectiveness on core, etc. The class system has completely been redone as well. Customizations, operations, squad points are all new aspects to the game and for the most part, its done well.
Extinction is a new game mode in the series. Seems as though IW needed their own "zombies" and decided on aliens. Personally robots would have seemed more fitting, but thats beside the point. The objective is to escape with your squad which actually proves to be a challenge if you are the lone wolf type. team work is mandatory to survive as well as the load outs you can customize.
All in all, CoD Ghosts is a decent CoD game, of course its not comparable to the original MW but the gameplay is still fast paced, fun, and rewarding. I give Call of Duty Ghosts, 9 barks out of 10. (I just had to pay homage to Riley, the coolest character in CoD since Cpt. Price).
