Okay, I'll start from Campaign, Multiplayer, then Zombies.
The campaign here, it's not entirely bad, but it has the shooting and more shooting. It really downed me since it had very much shooting and just that...but it got better with the usable vehicles, so it feels like its improved a bit more.
The multiplayer is a bit worse than the campaign, it happens to be just shooting each other, and the killstreaks turning into scorestreaks makes it just feel stupid since it takes an even longer time to get something like the UAV. Also the perks are fine, I have no problem, the weapons are great too including the attachments. I enjoy those. Some of the maps are a bit too tight. It makes less points of snipers in these issues sometimes. Okay, so the Nuketown map is only by pre-order? The first Black Ops originally had it, so why make it cost on the second one?
Okay, the final one is the Zombies. I love this one the most with even more maps, and gamemodes for zombies, that's just amazing. I enjoy zombies the most out of this, but I don't happen to be able to find the reason towards why. It's really fun and enjoying surviving from the zombies and riding around in a bus everywhere. The mystery box is the most exciting and wondering thing to try. The pack-a-punch helps me survive even longer with upgrading my weapons. I also expected the versus to be a 4v4 shooting each other while shooting zombies but it didn't turn out as expected. But with more people in a survival game actually helps for you to go longer in the rounds.
That's all I have to say, also, I'm not used to reviewing, so don't judge this too harshly.
This Call of Duty is more of the same from the now fatigued franchise. Having played CoD since the beginning it's a different perspective, and the game is wearing dull. Call of Duty was a great franchise, and when Call of Duty 4 came out it was game changing. With Modern Warfare 2, it started to slide downhill. Black Ops came out, and seemed to give a good jolt to the series, and I was hoping that treyarch would bring back CoD to what it once was but that time has passed. Call of Duty Black Ops II is a simple rehashing of a formula that has remained, for the most part, unchanged. Small additions here and there, but nothing major. The game was advertised to be somewhat "futuristic" but when you hop on it just feels like another Modern Warfare game, only slightly better. Don't get me wrong, the game is fun for a while, but it's lifetime is not long lasting if you have played any recent Call of Duty.
Some of the pros:
-Multiplayer is good for those who enjoy the CoD experience, treyarch and Modern Warfare fans both have aspects to enjoy.
-Zombies has a new perspective on it, somewhat. DLC is well done for those who play it. Probably one of the better Zombies from treyarch.
-CoD fans will most likely enjoy.
-Same old CoD feel, no unique map designs on multiplayer maps.
-For all of you Black Ops fans, this doesn't really feel like a treyarch game or black ops. It feels like another Modern Warfare game, lacking that treyarch signature.
-Single player is very lackluster, same old rehashed Call of Duty experience.
-Killstreaks are nothing new, mainly just have "futuristic" remakes of the same things we've seen.
Overall I was hoping for another jolt to the franchise but is seems they are fine with putting out the same formula year after year, with limited innovations. Hopefully, someone can come along and change that. If you are new to the CoD franchise, or enjoy the games, I would obviously recommend. If you've been bogged down by CoD, stay clear.
every year a cr ap of duty comes out. and its so arcadish in multiplayer. spray pray it should be called or ultimate quickscope. the zombie maps are fun. campaign is decent. but for replay value its garbage on multiplayer still no vehicle access bonus unlockable guns 1 for expansion packs. servers if main pulls plug lose all game data. C.o.D. hasn't taken anything battlefield realism is fun running around be dumb isn't fun. very small maps, same aim bots programs, bad military advisor, these games need an overhaul.
