Black Ops II is a game with an incredibly unbalanced multiplayer experience. It's story was interesting but weak. It did not pull be in like the first game and it felt rushed and bundled. They focused to much on the effects of the game instead of the story. Now multiplayer is another story. The online experience was very difficult for me to get into and I found it hard to actually get "good" at this game because of it's unbalanced weapons. I won't go into detail with that and I will just leave that to the naive. Overall I rate this game a 4 1.5 for unbalanced multiplayer 1.5 for mediocre story and a 2 for originality.

I love the COD franchise but this one REALLY fell through the cracks... i know most people don't play it for the campaign, but they would have been better off not making it. extremely glitchy, i had to restart the second mission about 3 times, and the fourth 2 times. they created the maps too large for their tiny team of testers to handle apparently. Zombies (which is normally THE reason to buy trearch's version) was awful, i would watch my replays to see how many head shots i actually got, versus how many that counted. the hit boxes were incredibly small and not consistent, with that frustration i couldn't play more than twice. multi player was what you expect, although the number of rounds you need to kill someone is WAY too high, and no where near the same as the MW series.
