First and foremost i'm gonna break this review up into segments by game modes, so here goes:
Multiplayer: random and inconvenient lag, broken spawn system (this is the 9th game in the series, and they still can't fix it somehow), the guns are re-colored and re-skinned so don't come looking for originality, it's not here.
The newest DLC for the game is... ok. the maps are something new to take in which is good, the gun that is added on, is not really worth using. Do not take this game seriously online, you will get angry if you do, lag compensation WILL ruin your playtime 89% of the time. Bad hit detection, less bullet damage, the stealth perks do not work, sleight of hand is gone, there is no fast reloading anymore, and some maps are just way too big to find anybody. the level cap is 55, but for some reason they now use unlock tokens to unlock items before you can use them, but you have to pick wisely, you CANNOT unlock everything in 1 prestige or any prestige.
Campaign: Personally, I liked the campaign, I liked the different endings, and another thing I thought was really cool was a customizable loadouts and challenges to unlock other items as well, multiple endings is a welcome addition to the game.
Zombies: Is nigh UNPLAYABLE, treyarch has made this game mode so complex and put way too many mysteries in it, the world is too big, you have no idea where anything is and you get boxed in and killed by round 10 everytime. The bus? don't ride it, it's a killbox, zombies run faster and can board the bus while it's driving. Zombies apparently has a clever little story to it now, but seriously, I liked the first map in WaW nacht der untoten, it was simple and fun, as well as addicting, then up to der riese it's cool, but it's effectively ruined for me now.
The final verdict for this game is a 1/10
