Decent, but some issues.

Campaign: The campaign is probably my favorite out of all of the CoDs. I have played it over and over because some of the multiplayer aspects went into singleplayer. Custom classes, challenges, the fact that you have to make choices and a decent stroyline make the campaign really solid.
Zombies: Frankly I was a little disappointed with zombies. Sure Farm and Town are nice, but I feel Treyarch flopped on Tranzit. The characters are annoying, and the fact that automatic weapons aren't fully accurate when aimed down the sight is rather annoying.
Multiplayer: This is a very meaty subject so I'll split this into parts.
Maps: They are ok, but I prefer MW2's maps, which were nice and big, but kept a lot of the action.
Spawns: Horrendous. I have lost count how many times I died right after I spawned or shot in the back from someone who had just spawned.
Weapons: When you first pop in the game you'll notice that SMGs and shotguns are everywhere. And the community has found those weapons that have become overused. The PDW-57, the MSMC, and the FAL OSW w/ Select Fire.
Lag: Contrary to what most people say about "Treyarch should fix connection" 2/10 games are actually laggy for me, and I have decent internet, so it's perfectly fine for me.
Create-A-Class: LOVE IT!! There's too much to say about it to put into a review, so I'm just going to leave it at that.
Overall Black Ops 2 is a solid game. The campaign is decent, zombies is still pretty decent, and the multiplayer has fewer flaws than IW's games. However, the spawns and maps are pretty bad, and Tranzit was a disappointment.
