This game is good but a lot bad. The game play is horrible because it is to touchy. For one thing is the movement aka walking and what not is to slow. The area to move around in is to small and the swaying of the gun is unrealistic. And the beginning scope is so sucky.
The why you hunt is so unrealistic.
Cabela's Hunting Expedition was a really big let down, this game is a disgrase to the hunting games.

The game isn't too bad overall. It does repeat itself quite often though. The thing I didn't like about the game as a whole...I play all my games with the y-axis inverted, there is absolutely no adjusting the controls at all. To me, the game was pretty much unplayable because of that.

The new open world (almost) hunting theme is more fun than any previous Cabela's game and quite different. But it's simple and straight forward. Walk, sneak, hide, aim, shoot and hope for a good score. Overall the graphics suck for a new age game, there is no story, but it's not an on the rails game which is good. You basically just look for the male and try to hide and shoot it in the heart for the best score. If you like beating the world and have patience you''ll like the rent and you'll buy it for about 15 bucks. I'll take the easy achievement points and return it probalby.
Two complaints I hope they fix. I want to be able to go prone anywhere because the prone stands don't face the prey sometimes. And sometimes running animals get stuck on trees and screw up your sneaking abilities.
