Best Console Hunting Game Out There

I bought this game way back when it was new at EB games. I absolutely LOVED this game. I played it all the time until I lost the disk during a move a couple years ago. I've been missing it like crazy and will definitely be buying it again soon. Besides maybe the graphics, (which really aren't even bad especially for the time period) It's by FAR the most realistic hunting game on any console. It's truly the last Cabelas game that was any good. If you're a hunter in real life and are SICK AND TIRED of all the new BS "hunting" games Cabelas has been spewing out lately that are basically CoD with animals, and want an actual hunting SIMULATOR that knows what hunting is ACTUALLY about, dust off your old GameCube and give this game a try. Trust me, I'm an avid hunter in real life and expect hunting games to be as true to life as possible. I am extremely critical when it comes to hunting games. So when I say this is an amazing game, you can be sure it is. It's basically got every single kind of North American big game animal there is to hunt which all act very realistically. Huge variety of rifles, shotguns, pistols and bows, every kind of vehicle you need and tons of realistic hunting/survival equipment all of which you buy at the outfitters lodge in each region. tree stands, blinds, scents, realistic calls for every animal, decoys, different camos for every region with varying thicknesses for each climate, tents, food, water, medkits and much more. There are realistic regulations like buying each tag and wearing blaze orange in certain regions . And literally every type of region there is in North America you can hunt in. Each map is HUGE and completely open. no running down restricted trails until running into a small field with a herd of whitetail in it. you're actually gonna have to HUNT. Ignore all other reviews saying its boring or whatever, because they obviously have no idea what hunting is actually about. If you want a REALISTIC hunting game, GET THIS GAME!
