The tactics that use in Brink is almost similar to Star Wars Battlefront and Lord of the Rings Conquest. 4 different classes to choose. I like the graphics and the design layouts. They did a great job on the customization on the characters looks and weapons, but the game play are not really that great. There are bunch of objectives to complete and they are time limit. The game is hard even if you have it set to easy mode. This game is not worth $59.99 to spent on the stores.

Pros: Contains wide range of customization for character, classes, and weapon modification. A fast pace FPS that relies on team work and balance.
Cons: Campaign, Freeplay, and Multiplayer are all the SAME thing. There are no difference between each mode. Same missions, same cut scenes make it redundant and boring. CPU players (teammates) are clueless and are just there to get in your way. AI relies on player more than anything, multiplayer needs to be played with human controlled teammates to be worth it. Hard mode can be frustrating since enemy CPU spawn quicker than player, have ridiculous accuracy, and seem to be just ahead of you every step of the way.
On another note, Command posts are completely pointless with no objective priority. This game could have been better but its just another 1 hour wonder.
I really wanted to love this game, but it did not live up to my expectations. There are a lot of great elements that other online fps should copy but there are also some serious problems to. First the good
-Parkour adds a whole new dimension to gameplay -Levels are well designed and offer multiple paths, as well as many nooks and crannies to explores -Character and weapon modification -Well balanced objectives, which are also clearly marked
Texture popping Bad A.I. Little replay value ,even online, levels can be repetitive Lag
Thank God for gamefly, I am so glad I rented this first. I will probably rent this again in a couple months, since splash damage is offering the first DLC for free. Hopefully by then they will have put some patches out there to fix the texture popping and lag.
Don't give up on Brink, it needs work but has a lot of potential
