Borderlands features the smooth gunplay and the HUGE variety of guns and gun types which has come to be expected of any game daring to enter the overcrowded world of FPSs. The constant feeling that the next chest could be the one that has that perfect gun in it is adds excitement to the game throughout. However, the storyline is anything but exciting and what could have been saved by a pitch perfect ending; falls amazingly flat with little to no resolution to the hours of gameplay that have been invested. The drop in/drop out coop gameplay is a thing of beauty and showing off your loot to friends keeps the game fresh. For a game that has so many ups, the atmosphere upon finishing the game leaves the player wanting more from the story. For a game that is less the the sum of its parts, Borderlands is worth attention because of what it does right. Coop. Gunplay. Loot.
Its fun at the start, kool weapons, and plenty of people to kill then it get repetitive. the weapons are the same thing ove and over with just a little more power or a better scope. i got bored after i killed my 3rd boss.
i really liked this game. with at least 100+ guns, this game was fun to play through. the only bad thing i could say about borderlands is throughout the game u fight about 5 bosses, but borderlands also offers a vast amount of monsters that spawn continuously. Unlike other RPG's i've played, when u go into an area where the enemies r a higher level, ur weapons do little to no damage, but when u r a higher level, u can take out the stronger enemies with ease. I thought the graphics and gameplay were well done. This game is worth trying.
