Borderlands for Xbox 360 Reviews by Gamers

This game is ridiculously good. The graphics and gameplay are outstanding and you never get bored with the weapons and characters because there are so many choices and combinations. The last time I gave a game a 10 it was GTA IV. This really is a game you should own and not rent. In fact I think it will be months before Gamefly can even get it to you. Have fun!

First, the graphical novel styling of the game looks absolutely stunning. 10 for that part. Game play is super smooth, and the control scheme is exactly how a shooter should be- basically it doesn't try to be innovative or novel, it has Call of duty controls. Tons of cool guns to find, and some of the characters and cut-scenes are hilarious. Very very good game. The only thing is that it doesn't really feel like an rpg too much, just a strait shooter. The role play effort won't have you looking over your shoulder for mirelirks at work or anything.
