At first I was hesitant about borderlands 2. Having played the first one and finding it wanting, I didn't know what to expect from a second game, but felt deep down that it wouldn't be good.
Happily, I was mistaken.
I finally began to understand how the shields work, how every weapon has its pros and cons against certain enemies, and how sitting back, and weighing your options can mean the difference between life or death. I began the game thinking it was too hard, but came to the realization that no game is too hard. There are certain things you must understand, but as soon as those lessons are learned, (the hard way), you begin to see the game for what it is. Its a crazy, stupid, shooter/RPG with enemies up the wazoo, and so many options for weapons and mods that it will make your head spin.
I wouldn't buy this game, but I will be renting it over and over again, because this game has some serious replayability.
