bomberman land totally bombs

i've been a huge fan of the bomber series since the turbo grafix 16 days. however the newest game for the wii came off flat and uninspired.
there are small things that bothered me... not being able to skip through all the dialog. and larger things like just using the wii remote for a controller and not incorporating any movement into the battles themselves. the levels we're nearly creative as the super nintendo ones and the items were lack luster as well.
i really wanted to like this game, but after playing it a few times i sent it back to gamefly stat!
