I really enjoyed this game

This game was very fun. What I liked about it, that more wii games should employ, is using the wii remote and nunchuck in a variety of ways. The whole aiming with the wii remote is a neat gimmick, but it just isn't precise enough for a lot of games. This game allowed you to by pass that feature if you so desire. The only negative I saw was that a couple of the missions were just dumb and out-of-the-blue difficult, such as flying through an ice canyon and taking pictures in the middle of a sand storm. Overall I highly recommend this to the casual gamer with a rating of 9 out of 10

Good Game Grounded

I love these type of games. Flying in a vintage WW2 plane is always fun, but in this case it was a disheartening experience. I went into this game thinking it would be great especially since you used your Wii-mote to fly the plane. It wasn't great at all. The controls were horribly slow to respond so dogfights became next to impossible. Achieving objectives were even harder since half of the time you'd run out of time just trying to maneuver your plane back to destroy them. A bad control scheme and so-so game play make this a pass. If you want a good WW2 flight game play Secret Weapons Over Normandy, that is how a good flight sim is done.

fun but hard controlls

blazing angles squadrens of WWII is a pritty fun game if you dont mind the controlls at first (the defalt is using the numbchuck to controll and fire, but i find it easer to use the wiimote [wii remote] to fly and numbchuck to fire and accelerate)but sometimes even the wiimote doesent respond, but as long as you dont have your wiimote down too low when you are trying to go down.
this game also has some really good graphics especialy for the wii, but there is alwayes a gitch or two that you will come across.
the story isnt bad eather it really makes you feel the pain of WWII through the eyes of a normal fighter piolet.

pros:good graphics, good story

cons: hard to master controlls, wiimote sometimes doesent respond

main point: deffinatly worth a rent but not a buy.
