This was a great game. There was a few smaller side quests. Although the ending was my absolute favorite, very conclusional, and just pieced together greatly. All the plot twist threw in a nice element into the game also. Favorite Gun: Shotgun, fully upgraded.
good but not the best, 2 was still the best one it had more "depth" to it this game was awsome but i thought they went for more action than atmosphere the game is still great but they put less focuse on the enviorment and more on the characters which is not bad it just is different. If you change a game people will hate if you leave it alone poeple will hate so the makers did a good job finding the middle ground. definetly check it out. STOP GIVING GAMES A 10 very few deserve it. TOMB RAIDER CHECK IT OUT NOW THATS CLOSE TO A 10
From the moment the game begins, you can tell they did this right.
Every bit about this game is "Bioshock," every little nuance brings me back to when I first entered the world of Rapture and explored it's crazy city, and yet, despite the striking familiarity, I'm in a different city, a different character and a different world.
I loved this game from beginning to end and honestly don't have much, if anything to be annoyed with. The story and characters are quite good, but nothing matches up to Colombia itself. I maybe hoped for a more striking realization that I was in a flying city, or maybe a better explanation of the skyhook. I imagine that had this been a TPS, the environment could have been better to appreciate. Actually I do have a complaint. The weapons were lame. I liked that I felt equally comfortable with all of them, which isn't usually the case, but I think the previous games handled them better.
I'm not sure why, but I think Bioshock 2 had me more intrigued storywise, but this was definitely close.
I absolutely love this series and the worlds, characters and environments they create. I'm especially happy to see how when the decided to start with something completely knew, they can still put out a great game and not abandon whats made the series so enjoyable or ignore the existence of the previous games.
This one definitely takes a weird turn at the end, but manages to wrap everything up nicely.
This is an absolute must-play for this generation. It's gorgeous, seamless and a great testament to what should be considered worth your time and money.
