I must say. I totally underestimated this game. I thought it looked suckish but I figured. What the heck, Ill rent it. I must say, it is very entertaining. The campaign is pretty long with great action in every level. Amazing boss fights, simple controls, a great cover system, and challenging enemies all await you in this game. The robots are really detailed and as the game progresses, they really get under your skin. Especially when you have to fight a big robotic plane thing and you have to take out it's four engines. When you try to aim for one of the engines with the rocket launcher, these flying robots will get in your way, and it becomes a challenging. The AI is good but not great. They sometimes play dumb when you need them the most, like I said before with the flying robots getting in your way. You need them to help you out alittle with those things in order to get a good shot off. I would try to aim at an engine, having to wait for the aiming to lock onto the engine to fire, and all of the sudden like 4 flying robots come at you, and your AI doesnt really help. However, thats the only thing thats pretty much bad about the campaign. Also, the ability to talk to AI with a mic is either really cool or really lame to use, depending on how you feel about that ability. It worked 95% of the time. Sometimes it would sync wrong, like for ex: say one thing, and your character would sometimes say something else totally different. That could be a little frustrating, especially in big battles. Other than that, it's a good game. Multiplayer, I will be honest, I haven't really played. However, once I try to, I would be kicked for no reason at all. There were some modes that I would of loved to try out, but I would always get kicked. This is a game that is definitely worth a rent, but not a buy because of the multiplayer aspects. 8 out of 10.
