I admit I am in pretty bad shape. While my weight is not as bad as some of the men on finale night my medical condition is not much better than many of the folks starting out on the ranch. First thing I learned you bout need a gym to do some of the exercises Jillian really puts you through the paces and you need some room to move around. Day Two I could barely move even with it set on easy. I did not have the balance board which did limit the quality of some of the exercises, but I really felt the burn. I agree with what I have seen said that they do not give enough detail on how to do the events pretty much watch and follow. Similar to a class over 1on1 training. Once I get a balance board I want to give it another go to really see the difference, but as is it is pretty good.
