Big Brain is a fun game that challenges you to think in ways that other video games don't. I like it just because it is so unique. The wii remote is used very well as you are able to point and click in less than a second. That is important because in this game, fractions of seconds can either make or break you. It is intense when the time is ticking against you and you have to solve the little games. The best part is to get into teams and to race against each other. We had 4 on 4 and that was a blast. The problem is that there aren't enough puzzles. I was expecting hundreds or even thousands of ways to train my brain but there turned out to only be a few dozen. After only playing for a few hours I felt as though I had played all of them at least a half a dozen times. Is my brain actually getting better at these skills(analyzing, identifying, etc..) like the game claims or am I just memorizing the games to the point of forced success? Ultimately, I don't think that I will be rushing to my wii everyday to train my brain. The more likely option is that I will send this game back to gamefly and it will be a happy little memory of a fun night where we yelled and hollered to get our team to the end of the competition first.
