good game but bad glitches

the game is fun with all the aliens that ben turns into but... the glitches is annoying. i have seen so far 1 part where it did a video scean then went back to me controlling ben but the screen went black w the sound normal and i could pause. and the other glitch was that it did a video scean but kept loading and loading none stop.
