What Kind Of Junk Game Is This?

Who comes up with these games? A half naked witch (didn't get far enough to find out if she gets fully naked) using witch powers and a 45 to battle "whatever". The dialogue is so stupid I felt insulted to even listen to it. I guess the game would be OK if pre-adolescents get off on half naked anime girls in spiked heals battling evil is their thing. WAY TOO MUCH PROFANITY FOR ME.
