I've been waiting a long time for this game to come out. I read about it in Game Informer, and was excited in June when it was first set to come out. Of course, they delayed its release, a major dissapointment. I had this game in my Q, but I had to buy it because I knew I would love it and I couldn't wait to get it. When the game starts, they ease you into the combat and the puzzles start out pretty easy. As you go on, it gets harder to find your way around Arkham and you start running into some of the better known villains. The Boss fights get very hard after the first few, and it takes a few times to beat. The combat works well, and I loved freaking out my enemies as I slowly took them out one by one. I am kind of dissapointed by the Health you get. I mean, this is Batman we're talking about, he can take alot more than the few blows that you're allowed. Luckily, you can upgrade your health. The gadgets are really cool and the puzzles take alot of thought to figure out, but not so much that you can't figure it out. This is a perfect game, and I would recommend buying it, especially if you are a fan of the Dark Knight and his adventures.
Like Heavenly Sword, Fighting gets a little old. And, very short. Aside from this, one very good game. Also, no replay value, not atfer you beat the challange levels. Thank you Game fly. For me not having to buy this title!
Batman Arkham Asylum is the best batman game ever. it has everything that makes batman a great character. he solves mysteries in the detective mode. he has all is gadets and all of is stealth aspect. for the first time in a batman game you fill like your batman and the game has a very good story to the game with great voice acting by all character especially Kevin Conroy as Batman and Mark Hamil as the Joker. Bottom line play this game it is the Ultimate Batman Experience.
