There are few games that present a story unique and interesting but I must say this did such things. I found the card system to be a little annoying at times with certain magnus being reduced or changed just when I needed the I personally found origins system to be easier. I also felt that the game could have been done with some cg movies for some the later scenes. All in all it decent.

At heart this is a good game, and I saw great potential in it. But when you pick up the controller and start to play with high hopes.. You will be greatly disappointed.

The card battle system should keep you suprised and excited and thrilled for 'bout 30 battles, 50 max. It really gets boring, and very quick.

And you must know about the voice-overs... They sound like an automated machine talking. The worst I've ever seen.

That was to name just two downsides of this game. I sent this back before finishing, I just couldn't stand it. So I think I'll stick with Tales of Symphonia..

If not for the fact that the magnus keeps evolving and changing it would be a great game.
