This game, Dark alliance 2, is the epic sequel to Dark alliance 1. #1 had bad game play, poor graphic and horrible weapons, but #2 has come a long way to being an awesome RPG. it's way better on multi-player then 1player but they both have good playing. the weapons are much better too. please i realy think that you should try this game out, if u love rpgs you will love this one, and have a party of 4 if you want it much easyer, the first lvl is just a swarm of theives so be prepared!

This game is downright awesome. If you like BG1, you will love this title. Awesome graphics, great gameplay.....very similar style to Champions of Norrath series....

Well i just got this game again and played with my friend. For those of you who give this a one because you beat it in 30 minutes (impossible unless you use the area cheat) or say there is only one good character (simply minded fools) then you havent played this game. This is a Hack/Slash game and it is the sequel to B.G I so if you thought that was a bad game stop playing. The story is a vampire is trying to resurrect the onyx tower to use it for evil, i mean why not that makes sense. so through a series of events you meet up with the side who is trying to claim the tower for good. then you end up fighting in another dimension of the world on top of the onyx tower. Pretty much like the first one but there are more people and "some" side quest. Everyone has a person (except Dorin the Barbian) that they can give money to to get XP. then the same person gives them a quest to earn new magic. i like to be the human Barb. since its always fun to go head first into a battle. but i have replayed it several times with each character to see how it is. it takes a little while to get the people with a lot of magic good but once they are there they are GODS. calling down fire with the cleric is always fun. but the best character to start is the one you like the most. although the more magic the person is the less armor they are able to wear ;)
