This game has good basic graphics, not too flashy and not too simple. Controls are simple and there is no blood so it is good for kids. Play is medium - not so easy that you burn through it and not so hard that you get frustrated.
A good starter RPG. My two daughters and I like the game enough to buy after rental. I like old PC RPG and found this game comfortable. My older daughter plays on just about every format and still got hooked.
I gave this game a 9 because it was exactly what I expected and I liked it.
I love this game! It has some of the same game play as the action/puzzle classics that I love, with new innovations. It has twisting dungeons, boss monsters, and collectible creatures. What more could you want? The game play is a perfect mixture of classic Zelda, Pokémon, and animal crossing with a scavenger hunt thrown in for kicks.
If you had the option to speed up the text...or at least if they just got right to the point, the game would be better. The idea of the dungeons being shuffled the way they do is annoying, trying, and angering. Perfect for someone looking for a challenge. I was gonna send the game back immediately, but....i couldnt stop playing. I want to see the other dungeons, and i guess that makes the game. How much do you want to keep playing it is what really matters. It's actually kinda fun...but the characters....its not like they're telling you anything relevant at first...they just won't shut up.
