Assassin's Creed Revelations for Xbox 360 Reviews by Gamers

I was a bit skeptical when I heard that Ubisoft was releasing the next installment of Assassin's Creed shortly after Brotherhood. I didn't enjoy Brotherhood very much; it didn't live up to my expectations after playing AC2, which is one of my all-time favorite games. After playing Revelations, I now remember why I love this series.
Revelations takes place where Brotherhood left off, with Desmond awakening inside the Animus. He meets Subject 16 and finds out that his mind is fragmented, and he must continue living through his assassin ancestors' memories in order to fix it. Therefore, we yet again continue our story with the aged assassin Ezio Auditore. Years after the experience with the Borgia empire, Ezio finds himself in Masyaf and Constantinople searching for five keys to live out Altair's most important memories and eventually unlock his secret library.

Longtime fans of the series will feel like a veteran when they begin Revelations. The general gameplay mechanics stay true to the previous installments, with a few great additions. You can now craft 300 different types of bombs to aid you through your journey. You also have a hookblade, which you can use to climb faster and grind along ziplines around Constantinople.
The option to level up your group of fellow assassins returns. It is generally the same, but you can level 7 of your recruits up to Master Assassins and assign them to dens, which you may have to defend from templar invasions (similiar to Tower Defense).
The graphics and combat are noticeably improved. I believe that they used new technology with Revelations, so the faces are very, very similiar to those in L.A. Noire. The game is also 3D compatiable on all versions.

Overall, Revelations is amazing and it honestly surprised me very much. I didn't expect this game to be as entertaining as it was, with an ending to keep you anxious for the late 2012 release of the final game. 10/10. Recommend renting it unless you plan on using the multiplaye

amazing game like all other assassins the ending is the most confusing thing i have ever seen. the multiplayer sucks im only in it 4 the story if u r a assassin creed fan u should get this game.
