Calling any game better than Skyrim is huge for me, I played 650+ hours on it, it was my favourite thing ever - WAS. Then AC3 came out. If I could I would give it a 9.9 instead of 10, because it does have some bugs, but they are not NEARLY as bad as most of these reviewers are making them sound. The controls that people are complaining about are much, much more challenging and fun than previous AC titles. It pushes you more to go on the offensive instead of just sit there holding Right Trigger, and makes it a lot more fun. The graphics are just amazing, though I am getting some slight performance issues, which I think is just from my disc. The animations are beyond incredible. My only cons in this game would be how Desmond, Shaun and Rebecca look nothing like they used to and how Desmond has Connor's animations, not Ezio's like he used to. The cities feel even more lively and realistic than Constantinople did, and they look a lot better. Some missions in the game can be very frustrating, but in my opinion that is a good thing, I had missed that from Brotherhood in Revelations. There is just an unbelievable amount to do in this game, it would be impossible to complete the game by just renting it, and it deserves to be bought. Ubisoft went way over my expectations for this game, which were very high.

I'm giving this a 3 because obviously some people put a lot of effort into graphics and art. But to call this a game is a stretch. Played single player for 2 hours, and counted my actual game playing time (you know, the moving around, killing things, solving puzzles.. GAME PLAY) at around 10-15 minutes tops. Most of my time was spent walking from one cut scene to the next. If I want to watch a movie, I'll watch a good one. This one is terrible and I have to hit some buttons from time to time just to see the next scene.
Is it just me, or these games making gamers obsolete? If you want to see the future of gaming according to this publisher, please see Aqua Teen Hunger Force's "Moon Master". It's nearly that bad.
