The game is ok, I never played any of the previous series so I didn't know what to expect or if I had my expectations too high.
The game is pretty new so I expected a lot. The storyline is good but the game is pretty linear. The city is HUGH but you don't really get to interact with any of the citizens.
The shops are pretty basic. Pretty much just your side arms. Don't expect any armor or enchanted items or anything.
If the game follows a historical story I can see it being rather interesting but the the game seems to set the appeal of "Your reliving the memories in a matrix like universe".
The main story telling and semantics are great. For a while I was starting to get pulled into the character. But with exploring only to find numerous people that don't interact and building doors that don't open (besides the shop and in) it's just missing a lot of content.
I was amazed about how fast the game loads between maps at first but after I noticed the little interaction I realized why.
Also you are restricted to staying "within range" of the active area or mission. If you stray off too far and want to do something else, it's game over do it again.
I didn't make it very far before I lost interest in the game. I guess I'll go back to skyrim.
This game impressed me in almost every way possible. The storyline to all of the Assassin's Creed games are incredible and I'm am always glued to my television screen waiting to see what comes next in the story. What I always loved the series for how smoothly the combat flows, too. It's like it isn't too much of bother when 10 British guards run up to you and try to kill you. It just feels so easy to kill your enemies in that game. Some of you might think that is a bad thing but sometimes that is just what a game needs. This game really had me wondering, "well how could they possibly keep the same core idea of Assassin's Creed intact while having the setting in the Colonial era?". I don't want to give away any spoilers but there are a lot of twists and turns in the storyline. You will always find yourself saying, "wow, I never expected that to happen.". If you haven't rented this game yet then what are you waiting for? I don't really know about buying it though. With games like this it just seems fit to rent, not buy. If you are looking for a good story then definitely go ahead and rent this.
hows it going guys this will be my permenet review.wheres there to start on this near flawless game.ok i think i know where to start now.for the most part of the game your playing as conor or his real name ruckontuck if i spelled it right.but when your playing as conor i dont feel as much of a bond as i had will ezio he's actuly quite boring of a charecter with only cool
decent from his father.in fact in the begginnig sequence you play as him his witch later on the player is told that they were building the precurser of the following sequen`s fans of the previous games probably already know it was coming new players would figure it out later the point is it does not have enough impact as it should.among the best parts of the game to me is the ship sequen`s theres not much to say but THERE SO AWSOME AND SO REALISTIC.now these are the things that bothered me the most now these will be in caps bacause they really angered
