Time to fight.....the camera?

This game has some of the things I have come to love from Assassin's creed and a lot of the things I hate. There are a fair amount of bugs that make you restart a mission because someone alerted to you and then never went back to their route, or because for some reason the enemy doesn't go aggro on you so you can't attack them. Some games are PVE, some are PVP, but this one is PVGM; player vs game mechanics. They also took out the missions where you scaled the inside of grand structures, trying to beat the clock and solve puzzles and replaced them with a couple of half-hearted missions where you jump where the onscreen prompts tell you. There were some good functionality changes and the economy system is alright but prepare to be frustrated if you are anything of a completionist.

Good change of scenery

Same ol fun game with a good change of scenery. After 4 games of the same buildings its good to see something new. Theres Lots new buildings and tree's to climb. Brings back your own lil town like on assassin creed 2 but better cause you get to know and help out the people in your own lil village. Fun game good story i recommend this to any old fan or new players will enjoy the new assassin story.

Worth a Rent, Not a buy

The game is ok, I never played any of the previous series so I didn't know what to expect or if I had my expectations too high.

The game is pretty new so I expected a lot. The storyline is good but the game is pretty linear. The city is HUGH but you don't really get to interact with any of the citizens.

The shops are pretty basic. Pretty much just your side arms. Don't expect any armor or enchanted items or anything.

If the game follows a historical story I can see it being rather interesting but the the game seems to set the appeal of "Your reliving the memories in a matrix like universe".

The main story telling and semantics are great. For a while I was starting to get pulled into the character. But with exploring only to find numerous people that don't interact and building doors that don't open (besides the shop and in) it's just missing a lot of content.

I was amazed about how fast the game loads between maps at first but after I noticed the little interaction I realized why.

Also you are restricted to staying "within range" of the active area or mission. If you stray off too far and want to do something else, it's game over do it again.

I didn't make it very far before I lost interest in the game. I guess I'll go back to skyrim.
