The game is really well thought out and fun with being set in American History. However, the only thing that holds this back from a true 10 out of 10 is the controls and visual bugs. Maybe if Ubisoft can get a patch out to fix this I can re-rate it.
Seeing enemies getting stuck in trees or bushes when trying to chase them makes it hard to complete missions. Seeing NPC walking through walls or head and torsos popping out of walls is very distracting.
The controls are slightly different that previous AC's. For example, when trying to run away and you pass a flagpole or tree you will automatically try to climb it!
AC 3 to me is the best AC game of the series. AC 3 bring a new environment to the game franchise. Change is good i dont about you but i wouldnt want to be playing in the same environment again and again it was time for a change and trust me it was a great change. No more Ezio here come a fresh new assassin Connor Kenway. Conner is different from the other assassins because of his fighting style. Instead of a sword Conner uses a tomahawk. Also Conner is more angry than the assassins from the past games. This game is great I'll give it a 9.5 because I love the time period 1700s and that you explore Boston and New York like it was back in that time period. Also you meet some of our founding fathers. The only problem I discorded with Assassin's Creed III is glitches. these minor glitches do get annoying while you are playing the game their will probably be patch soon to fix. Overall Assassin's Creed III is a fantastic game its a must buy!

It was short, boring, and nothing like what I expected. It had its good parts and bad, but the controls were completely different and if you've played all of the others you'll be very disorientated. It was more realistic in the fact of you had to make your own money you didn't just get it from missions. Instead you hunt, but in the end... The game was alright.
