Ac3 (SINGLE PLAYER ONLY)

AC3 is ambitious, to say the least. It has an enormous open world spanning from Boston to NY, beautiful graphics and a completely redesigned combat system. But there is something holding it back from being this year's GOTY.
Visuals: The graphics in this game are tremendous. In my opinion, there is not a single game out (yet) on the xbox 360 that is more visually stunning. Realistic landscapes, huge set pieces and great character models are a plenty, but it is riddled with glitches. There were moments when the camera was almost nonexistent, making it impossible to see. There were also texture pops and parts where i was stuck in one spot. Glitches aside, the visuals are still a 9.
Gameplay: The combat has been completely redisgned, making it more fluent and fun than ever. You are able to counter enemies' incoming blows with your sword and tomahawk. I also enjoyed how fluent the parkour was from tree to tree, the hunting aspects and the exploration of the open world. But the stealth in this game is TERRIBLE. Maybe its just me sucking, but i found it very frustrating trying to stay in a good hiding spot and then attacking your enemies. There is no crouch or prone function, so being detected is common, and when you are, you are sent back to an inconvenient spot in the level. Fun for the most part, but the awful stealth knocks it down to an 8.
Sound: The music provides a sense of epicness and the voice acting is stupendous. No gripes here, its a 10.
Story: The story is great. You are Connor Kenway, a Mohawk Indian bent on revenge. But there is one problem here. For the first 3-4 hours in the game you play as a painfully unlikeable character: Connor's Dad, Haythan. Desmond is also back, in a larger role this time. I don't really want to spoil anything huge here, because of the plot twists and such, but let's just say it's worth an 8.5 here.
Verdict: AC3 single player is a flawed experience, but the goods far outweigh the bads. 8.5 from me, and im excited for the new

Is Assassins Creed still the series we cometolove?

Yes, assassins creed is back. But, is it still the loveable series we all come to love? The answer to that question is yes, but not without a few mistakes along with it. To start things off I will explain the pros of Assassins Creed 3, such as the beautiful art design and the amount of task (or missions/side quests) to do in the game is incredible. You could be jumping to rooftop to rooftop, or doing something as simple as hunting, there is a ton to do in Assassins Creed 3 it is insane. Wile I am still at the topic, the hunting feels fresh and amazing (it also beings something new to the Assassins Creed 3 series.)

I also must say, the story missions can feel the same most of the time ( running or stalking someone, witch sometimes get boring.) But no need to fear, the amount of features in Assassins Creed 3 makes up for the story quest. Now to the actual story it self. You play as a man named Connor, a Native American Assassin. You start the story as young Connor and grow though out the game (You are mostly the adult Connor.) I don't want to spoil much about the game so i will leave it at that.

There is loveable characters, (although Connor is no where near as loveable as Ezio is but he will have to do) Great story, lots of stuff to do, Why not a perfect score you ask? Well that is because of so issues that I had with the game. First off, there is some annoying bugs in this game. Also you will run into some extremely annoying load times, and there is a awful ending that i do not wanna spoil. the only thing i didn't really go over is the multilayer, it hasn't really changed since the last Assassins Creed, but its still a solid multilayer experience.

Over all, Assassins Creed 3 is a Amazing game with good set pieces, and loveable characters. there is a ton to do with solid multilayer. On the other hand, the little problems like, load times and annoying bugs stop Assassins Creed 3 from being a perfect game.

Over all: 9.5 (by the way its ment to be a 9.5

This game is everything the past was...except for the fact that the military back then wasn't nearly as unaccurate as the enemies are in this. I mean even in the trailers you see the red coats missing every shot! The red coats are your main conflict through out the game. They made this game way too easy but WAY THE FU$% FUN! Best game of the year. Better than SKYRIM, the NO STORY BS! Theres even Poker for when your tired of mudering/assassinating. ENJOY being a bad A55 that cant be shot properly. Batman: AA and AC is not nearly as good as this game is. Both in EPIC SCALE and STUFF TO DO, yes indeed about 120hrs gameplay here espeacially considering multiplayer mabey EVEN MORE! The Batman games are more strategic than this game felt but this game definately makes the Red Coats look like children taking a beating by an assassin. CALLED BAD-ASSERY! Only thing i felt missing was arm pit wings that expand out to glide. If these wings excisted, this game would be 100% but despite all the content here still lacks BOMBs with GLIDING equivalent to lacking 10% of more game here. GLIDING could have changed the games scale. I was debating 85% but ill go 90%! :)
