Terrible graphics

I quit this game about 20 minutes into it because the terrible graphics just made it way too hard to enjoy. At first I thought someone made a mistake and sent me a PS2 game by accident but that's just how it looks. I don't know how the gameplay is because I sent it back after playing the first level.
