Other than one crash early in the game (it just froze up), this game was solid overall, if you like single-player story-based action. Certainly not a piece-of-cake, the game kept moving from different times: from cut scenes with player interaction (you choose the response) to various missions in various locales.
This game certainly doesn't break any new ground in terms of unique game play, but it highly relies on your choices of what you do in missions and what you say to other characters. All of that plays a major role in how the game progresses (and ends).
There were too many times I found myself dwelling on what should I say that would make me to (whatever) or make another character like me more, rather than just playing the game. The plot twisted a bit too much, and the going-back-and-forth-in-time segments was confusing at times.
Glad I rented it. I played a little bit several times a week for a couple of weeks and knocked it out. No multiplayer or add-ons, so replay value is limited, except for the fact that you can make different choices and see what happens.
