Aliens versus Predator: Extinction for PlayStation 2 Reviews by Gamers

The game play graphics are good from the hights that you veiw them from. It has a pretty good story line. But the problem with games that are based off of movies, is the fact that you can't bend the rules. What I mean by that is that it really can't surprise you, if you have seen the movie it is based off of. So that kinda (for some games) makes the story line kinda not that entertaining. It can be for this game, tho at some points, it can be fun. Now this leads us into my other thought. It will not be fun if you have seen the movies. If you haven't then there is a chance that it will be good. Also, it lacks a secondary choice. Sure the story might take you a while to beat but what happens after that? The only other option is to do the same thing, only on a harder difficulty. It would make the game alot better if it had at least a vs. mode, or a Arcade mode. I can see were it would be easy to make several of those modes. For vs. you could just simpily have 2 players select a race and for them pick from a map used in the storys and then have them pick a spot from were to start in the map. This could also work with an arcade mode only it will be for computer enemys.
