the monster in the game is really good looking but sometimes they spend more time jumping around the attacking you the story does not make that much sense and the ending was cut off at a bad timing. but the game overall was entertaining and the online was unique but was not fun enough to keep

I have rented dozens of games from GameFly but have never written a review. This game was so bad that I had to write one to stop others from playing it. I heard the game was bad but wanted to see it for myself. I got through 5 minutes before I had to just stop playing. The graphics are laughable and the dialogue is painful. I had to do a lot of slow walking so the main character could listen to mindless banter on his headset. Often I had to just wait around for the dialogue to finish. I don't know why the tutorial made me want to bang my head against a wall because they are common in FPS, but this one seemed never ending. Probably because of the random dialogue during which you were not allowed to do anything. This was just the first 5 minutes. I got so frustrated and bored that I just took the game out and resealed it to mail back. I never even saw an alien in the time I played. Spare yourself the misery and rent something else. I've played games on my phone that were better than this.

I stopped playing after 20 minutes. I didn't even want to play the second mission. Awful environments, terrible gameplay, terrible voice acting, graphics that look like they're from the late 90's. The aliens (xenomorph) move and act like bad guys from the original quake games - which wouldn't be a bad thing if it was still 1996, but as it is 2013, it's awful.
I don't understand how anybody at gearbox or sega could let this pile of feces even make it out the door.
