Awful, just terrible. I was super excited for this game, rented it from redbox, and took it back about 5 hours later. Graphics were awful, gameplay was terrible. Don't waste your time or money on this.

PS 2 quality, but fun if you are a fan

Yes Aliens Colonial Marines deserves the rating it is getting. The end product feels rushed and choppy at times, with ps2 graphics. Making it a sub-par fps in a world of awesome beautifully rendered fps's. The story was ok, and the dialogue was hard to hear at times due to game sound effects. The only saving grace was that the sound effects were straight out of the movies, and I really enjoyed running through familiar locations with xeno's, and picking up weaponry left over from the movie was cool. All in all, it is worth renting and not buying. A quick casual but at times frustrating aliens installment

Stays true to the story of the Aliens but sad to say the story is very weak, and there is nothing new plot, twist, or surprises in the game. The online play is horrible the maps are severely limited and their are a severely limited set of maps for each game setting. They could have done more about this. However I have gave the game 4 out of 10 for at least staying true to the story of the aliens movies but sadly it gets a 4 for their being no surprise, plot twists or even any twists of any kind. Online play is not recommended to ever do if time is precious to you. The story is weak and could use various improvements but none the less it stays true to the story. I cannot stress that enough.
