The game is great for anyone that was a fan of the original game, but some of the side games although good at breaking up the game play can be a bit aggravating. I really enjoyed the art style and presentation, I think the game is very beautiful and whimsical in a dark theme. The enemies though are a bit uninspiring and some times difficult for the wrong reasons. but overall I enjoyed it and say its worth playing.
I really like this game at the beginning, but I didn't end up finnishing it since every level was essentially the same thing, and they're LONG!!! Being stuck in one world for over 2 hours only to go to the next and do the exact same thing over and over for the next 2 hours. I bailed about halfway through the fourth level. Solid combat system though!

A pretty good game overall. I really enjoyed most of the gameplay. The missions were clearly laid out and the shrinking flowers helped when on occasion I felt completely lost. Some good scary elements in these crazy bad guys and villains, but that is all in line with the prequel. I will say there were a few frustrating elements 1. There are several gaming glitches. Most are minor annoyances and don't really effect game play. There were probably 2 that involved me starting a section over. While, it didn't set me back too far, it was mildly annoying. 2. Most of the time the game play is fair and level, but occasionally, there are some mini-games that are ridiculously hard. Not complicated, but you have to move incredibly precisely in order to be successful. I always feel like that sort of skill should be in a major battle situation, the end of a chapter, etc. Not a mini-game!
The graphics can be lame when it comes to complicated things like Alice's hair. But I'm pretty sure that's a somewhat complicated process and it really didn't interfere with my enjoyment of the game overall. A good game, not great, but good and for the most part enjoyable.
