Normally I would give this game a 10. The graphics are amazing, there's no difference between cutscenes and actual gameplay. Gameplay mechanics are different and fun to play. Voice acting is phenomenal (although lip rendering is a bit sub-par). The story is fantastic, and the tv show style of telling it is cool. The only reason I can't give this game a 10 is because Remedy decided to change the game into a linear style rather than open-world. This was extremely dissapointing to me as I was really hoping to explore this amazingly built environment they created. However, I can understand that building a game with such a deep and submerssive story would be difficult in an open-world style game. I believe Remedy said something about not wanting the player to show up to a love scene in a monster truck which I can understand. Still, for all the years they spent making this game, they should allow you to explore it at like the end or something. Not to mention the replay value.....none. I still bought the game, limited edition too, because it's different and very fun to play. It's almost like controlling a movie or novel.
