Let's see...Ace 5 was awesome....play it again with slightly different stuff? I'M FOR IT. I gave the game a 10 because it rocked. Yeah, there are some flaws, like the story being told, the pretty much nothing being different from the last game factor. Think of it like Metroid Prime 2. It was basically the same game, just a little more of a challenge with different rewards for it. In all honesty, what pushed the game from 7 to ten for me was the rival squads features. They showed up all dramtically, and if i remember, didn't some survive the fight to show up again later? I'm not mr-super-pro-take-it-to-extreme gamer man, so yeah, some were difficult for me, but I got my kills eventually, and some gave me the hard time. THAT wasn't in 5. Also the stories that you could read on the history of the pilots you shot down and how they were removed from the face of the earth after it highlights your battle with them was in a creepy way gratifying. >.> I know it sounds lame, but I couldn't help putting on my imaginary 'Demons of Razgriez' (spelling?) flight jacket and wishing the multiplayer was online. oh, Did i mention multiplayer? It is really too bad the series sold out and went to xbox, I would have loved to take some other pilots on if a massive multiplayer dogfight on PS3. I guess to the point, get this game, but not so close behind playing 5 or you'll be unhappy...ok, i lied, you'll be upset, but its still fun to fly around and get your missiles off. Anyway to be redundant, the features 5 didn't have give this a ten for me, get this game.
