Shurelia's Cosmosphere
To unlock Shurelia's Cosmoshpere, you must recruit Shurelia during Phase 3 and make sure both Misha and Aurica's Cosmospheres have been completed through Level 7. Then rest at an inn and talk to Shurelia. The next time you go to a dive shop, you can choose to dive into Shurelia.
