GameFly Gift Certificate Terms
- Gift certificate purchases will be charged to your credit card within 24 hours of purchase.
- Gift certificates must be redeemed through the GameFly Web site, http://www.gamefly.com/, toward the purchase of a GameFly Membership Plan.
- Gift certificate recipients will need a valid credit card to activate their gift membership.
- GameFly is not responsible for late delivery or non-delivery of gift certificates if you provide an incorrect or misspelled e-mail address for the gift certificate recipient.
- Upon redemption of the gift certificate, the recipient will not be charged until the end of their gift membership period, unless the recipient chooses to extend their GameFly Membership Plan. GameFly will begin to bill the recipient's credit card for monthly membership fees, plus applicable sales tax, at the completion of the gift membership period, unless the recipient cancels prior to the end of the period.
- Gift certificates are nonrefundable.
- Gift certificates are not redeemable for the purchase of games from GameFly or our partners.
- Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase additional gift certificates.
- Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
- Gift certificates are good in the 50 United States only.
- Gift certificates cannot be combined with any other specials or free offers including the free trial period.
- GameFly is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
- GameFly will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is redeemed.
- GameFly reserves the right to limit gift certificate redemptions on existing member accounts at its sole discretion.
- GameFly reserves the right to change these Terms from time to time in its sole discretion.
