How Games should be designed

I'm addicted to this game. Very basic GUI, but somehow that makes the game better in my opinion.

The biggest compliment I have for a game is when I fail over and over, I come back more determined to beat it rather than just rage quit. This game absolutely does that in spades.

A few glitches keep it from a higher score, but I've had the game for a week or so now and played at least 4 hours each night after work.

Excellent

The game is amazing, though it is different

First off, if you are into action and graphics you may wish to look elsewhere. Overall though this is an amazing example of what games are capable of. The way this game draws you into its story, and with how your actions play out, you might even question if you are hacking someone's accounts.

Graphics -/10
The graphics are fairly well non existent so this is a moot subject. The way the game is played out you are supposed to be roleplaying a hacker, thus the graphics will be real world graphics. You are on a computer and you are using a keyboard and mouse to bypass security. So I would say that the graphics are as perfect as humanly possible.

Sound 8/10
The sound in the game fits and everything has its place. I don't feel like anything is out of place here, yet at the same time I don't have anything standing out in my mind as spectacular. For the most part you will be better off just putting music on in the background since you will not need to rely on your ears all that much. You will want to hear the beeps as the tracing programs close in on you, but there really isn't much more in the way of audio feedback.

Story 8/10
The story isn't some well written novel, and you have to dig to get the information you need to put all the peices together. That being said the story does a great job of pulling you into the action and reacting to your decisions. At no point did I feel like the story got in the way, nor did it fall out of line. It was simply there if you wished to be involved.

Gameplay 10/10
People complain about not being about to do what they want in video games, well this game is for them. This game gives you the tools and the resources to be an elite hacker (in the game world, not in reality), then sets you free. You can select missions to make money and connections, you can follow up on leads and learn information through hacking, you can even wipe out the entire social security database if you so wished to.

Very fun, I would reccomend to all!
