This port does not work on modern systems

This WAS a great game but does not work on modern, or even somewhat modern systems. Hardware acceleration does not work at all, and software acceleration runs the game at about 1 frame every 5 seconds, regardless what settings you use, regardless what video driver you use, and I blame Gamefly for making no attempt to correct the problem. They could have at least contacted Kalypso games and tried to work something out with them, but they never did even after complaining MONTHS ago. They told me, "You'll have to contact the game developer." Which I did, 3 times, and never got a response. Nice.
How can you sell a game to customers that does not work? That is THEFT as far as I'm concerned.
Tropico 2 works fine however.
