Perfect

Best Building Game ever

I've played sim games where you get to create your own city ,and this is by far the best. The immersion is great because you really have to focus on how you're going to progress. The characters all have great personality and their entertaining to talk to. The DLC is great, but the game itself is perfect. Modern Times is the best dlc.
