There seems to be a problem, the game worked fine for a few hours and now it won't load or start up

I've played this on the computer and the xbox. both i love. Lots of land to explore it's a great game

ok i need really help with this game it crash all the time when i talk to any one or freeze i have a windows vista laptop toshiba every time i play this game crash i reinstal this like almost over 9 thousand ! lol but it does not work so i got bored and start hacking on the but still it crash so some one pls help and if you can send me a link to download something to fixes this erro please and thank you ps... i ready rought to support wish gamefly has a number
